Cooking Marinated Chicken
Chicken coated in a sticky marinade can leave residue in the basket. A small piece of foil placed beneath the food, without blocking airflow or drainage, may help catch some drips.
However, chicken generally benefits from airflow around its surface. Avoid wrapping it tightly in foil if you want a browned exterior.
