And that yellow cap? It’s the visual signal. It tells anyone observing Passover (or anyone who just wants the good stuff) that this bottle is safe to drink. Many yellow caps also bear the “OU-P” symbol, the official kosher-for-Passover certification from the Orthodox Union.
