Measure and mark your pool noodles into sections approximately 1 inch thick using a ruler.
Carefully cut the pool noodles into rings using a craft knife or sharp scissors.
Once all rings are cut, decide on the sequence or pattern you wish to create with your garland.
Thread the string lights through the center of each pool noodle ring. Spread the rings evenly along the length of the lights.
Secure the rings in place by tying them with fishing line or clear thread. This will prevent them from moving and maintain the garland’s shape.
Hang your garland in your desired location and plug in the lights to enjoy the warm glow.

For a more colorful garland, consider using pool noodles in different colors or painting the rings with acrylic paint in hues
