Just found out what kit kat

Over time, the unusual name became well established in British culture.Years later, the name was adopted for a chocolate product created by Rowntree’s, a British confectionery company. The first version of the famous chocolate bar appeared in the 1930s under the name “Rowntree’s Chocolate Crisp.”

 

It wasn’t until 1937 that the product was renamed Kit Kat Chocolate Crisp.

 

The name was eventually shortened to the familiar Kit Kat that people around the world know today.
