According To Laundry Experts, You Should Be Washing Your Sheets At Least Once A Week

Washing your sheets weekly is a good starting point, but other parts of your bed need attention too.

Pillowcases: Wash weekly, or more often if they become oily or dirty.

Pillows: Check the care label. Many washable pillows can be cleaned every few months, while some require professional cleaning or spot treatment.

Duvet covers: Wash about as often as your sheets, particularly if you sleep directly beneath them.

Comforters and duvets: These usually need washing less frequently than sheets, unless they become dirty or are used without a washable cover.
