There are plenty of things about Disney that feel magical, but one of my favorite parts has always been the food.
And if you’ve ever visited EPCOT, you already know exactly what I mean.
You can wander from country to country without ever leaving the park, sampling dishes inspired by cuisines from around the world. One minute you’re enjoying something from Mexico, then you’re strolling through France, and before you know it, you’ve discovered another dish you can’t stop thinking about.
For me, Canadian Cheese Soup is one of those dishes.
Served at Le Cellier Steakhouse in EPCOT, this rich, creamy soup has developed quite a following among Disney food fans. It’s comforting, savory, smoky, and wonderfully cheesy—and it’s the kind of soup that makes you want to scrape every last drop from the bowl.
Of course, a trip to Disney isn’t always in the cards.
